Return & Exchange Policy
Because most items sold by Vienna Sports Unlimited are custom-made, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. In some cases, we may be able to exchange an item if additional inventory from your team order is available.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 5 days of receiving your items if you discover any defects or order discrepancies. Please note that product colors may vary slightly from those shown online due to differences in monitor and screen settings.
BACKORDERS:
Occasionally, an item may be placed on backorder due to high demand or supplier inventory shortages. If this happens, we will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. If you are notified that an item is on backorder, please contact us to let us know if you would prefer to wait for the item or receive a full refund.

Team store orders need to be canceled within 5 days of the store closing, after that all sales are final.
