Team Store Orders will be sent out via USPS 10-12 business days from the closing of the store.  Please consult with your coach as to when the store will close.  Thank you.

Return & Exchange Policy

As items at Vienna Sports are customized products and are free of material defect at the time of shipping, there is no return or exchange on any item(s). On some occasion we will have overruns on team orders and may have your size available for returns. Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 5 days of receipt. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings.

BACKORDERS:

Backorders can be caused by various situations, e.g. an increased number of orders during high season, back on the sale of an item that has been unavailable for a long time, or sometimes during regular sales when bad inventory management results in low safety stock, in other words when demand exceeds supply. We will make every effort to get you the item in a timely fashion, If you receive a message about a backorder item please contact us and let us know whether you wish to wait or receive a refund.
